Who are we?

H.A.P.P.Y Association was founded in 2014, since then we help homeless people every year, support social, educational causes and get involved in any action that leads to increase the living standards of our fellow men. We have grown from year to year with the help of the kind-hearted people who donated or got involved and helped us in all the actions and projects we have proposed. We want to evolve constantly, that's why we still need your support to help our suffering fellow human beings. This is possible through donations, sponsorship, involvement, dedication. We recently started the project Casa Nicolae, a centre that will house more than 50 elderly people who are alone and have no help from anywhere. You can help us by redirecting the 3.5% to us.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

Individual taxpayers may dispose of an amount representing up to 3.5% of the annual income tax due to the State, according to Art. 57 para. (4) and Art. 84 par. (2) of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 138/2004 for the amendment and completion of the Law on the Fiscal Code no. 571/2003 and implemented by Law no. 163/2005.

Thus, individuals can sponsor non-profit entities that operate according to OG 26/2000 on associations and foundations.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

WHO CAN REDIRECT 3.5%?

  1. Persons with income from wages or pensions may redirect 3.5% by completing and submitting Form 230 - Request for the use of up to 3.5% of annual tax due
  2. Persons with income from self-employment/agricultural activities, intellectual property rights and transfer of use of goods (rents) can redirect 3,5% by completing and submitting the Single Tax Return

IF I DON'T FILL OUT THE FORM, WHERE DOES THE 3.5% GO?

If you don't fill out the form, then the state will choose where the 3.5% will go. Therefore you have nothing to lose, this money is part of your income tax anyway. If you choose to direct these amounts, you can see what the funds are used for.

WHERE ARE WE GONNA USE YOUR MONEY?

All funds raised via the 3.5% redirection campaign will fi used for the renovation Houses Nicolae. I we use for the elderly sick, alone and without no help. For food, clothes, consumables, energy consumption, wood and other daily necessities.
