As I told you, our dear friends, the second house, meant to house another 30 souls, is in the project phase and needs your support, all of you!
We want to completely renovate the new Nicolae House no.2, a house that will accommodate over 30 people in need. The old house is in a deplorable state and needs urgent renovation. The costs amount to more than 75.000 euro.
75000 EURO, about 7500 bricks. Bricks cost about 2 euros each.
You can also contribute to the foundation of this house by buying some symbolic bricks. Your name will be written on a wall of the house together with all those who bought symbolic bricks for the renovation of this house.

Once again, the harsh reality shows us the value of human life, or rather, the price of human life, IS 2500 euros is the amount needed to give an elderly or homeless person a new chance at life...It is a ridiculously small amount compared to the price of human life. But that doesn't mean we can't do something to help those who need our help. I urge you to donate and help us renovate the new Nicholas House. It will provide shelter and care for those who have nowhere else to go. Every donation counts and can make a huge difference in the lives of these people. Please help us transform their lives and show that every life matters, no matter the cost.
Details:
- The existing house to be rebuilt from scratch has an area of about 180m² and needs a complete renovation and consolidation.The house needs to be connected to water and electricity first and then a heating system.
- As mentioned above, the project involves major changes such as a complete change of the roof, which will be quick to build and with little financial involvement, as it will be built in one water.
- To reinforce the structure of the house, a metal structure will be used to support and stabilize the construction, following which the exterior walls will be clad with OSB board and insulated on the outside with polystyrene and on the inside with mineral wool and plasterboard, thus preparing the surface for the application of the final finishes!
- According to the recompartmentalization, the house will have 6 living rooms with a capacity of 6 people each, bathrooms, storage room and dining room!
- Materials and New construction technology help us to finish the work in a fairly short time, in 5 months we can complete the whole building and in winter we can save other lives, but we urgently need the necessary materials / funds to purchase them (metal support structure, roofing materials, wall materials, finishes, floors, etc.).
- Every penny and every material is important to succeed in completing by winter, a new home where there is warmth, care and affection, lonely, sick, abandoned people!
