What is Nicolae House?
Nicholas House provides permanent housing and supportive services for 48 single homeless adults.For many homeless men and women, a sense of home no longer seems possible after years of living on the streets or in shelters. The isolation and rejection they face every day often affects their ability to trust and drains their capacity for hope. The Nicholas House allows these people to fully experience the joy and comfort of having a home of their own.

We're home after 2 hours on the street looking for homeless people. We are home, we are warm, we are well and warm now..... theirs is not. They're still on the streets, dressed thickly, looking for a shelter that will at least protect them from the wind if they can't get heat.
Our promise to ourselves: we will do our best, we will fight and we will not give up - we don't want any more homeless people in Botosani.Things won't happen today, nor tomorrow but this is our plan for the future - the Nicolae House - its existence is already a huge step, it follows its renovation.
Tomorrow we will find out what the situation is at Sc.3 and what action we can take!
What if there were no more homeless people in Botosani?Casa Nicolae - the solution designed by us to support the homeless first and foremost. It is difficult butwe work to make this dream come true!

Today marks exactly one month since YOU have been providing hot soups to the homeless. You have bought from restaurants in the city soups worth about 8000 ron. You have been and still are an example of solidarity!
What I saw today:Every evening I am on the street I get to know and learn more about these people. There are many more...today II know 6 children ...that's what I want to call them....actually former children who belonged to the state, raised in foster homes.....now belong to the street. I am filled with outrage and indignation but at the same time a great pity and sadness as I tell you this story. Ana 31 years old and Viorica 27, live in a garage - I only know that I set off with a mattress in the car to take it to a girl, I never know what I will find at my destination but today I was not prepared for that. In 7 years I have seen enormously many cases, I thought I would gain "immunity" in time but I don't think there is such a thing. I found a garage...and that's it....salter our floor , this was a "house" .......children or former children of the "state".
With the intention of repeating myself: they reflect the image of the "state".One more thing, we don't know how, from where, but everyone knows about Nicolae House...IonelaWe still offer hot soups on cold days for warm souls!Join us! Thanks

We get sad every time we find out that people we've known for so many years on the street are leaving us.
Two more of these nobodies - or maybe the state?Soon the temporary winter shelter will be reopened - Sc. No. 3 - has been operating for years... we have given up investing in that place, with no results, no sense, no change. For years we tried to organize that place, to transform it into a temporary "house" with human, decent, hygienic conditions for these people ..... our efforts were useless, our dreams impossible to realize, our ideas were rejected ..... our intentions were good but only at a declarative level - as we were toldThe solution we have found is still with us - Casa Nicolae - we are concentrating all our efforts and resources to get it up and running!
